Khuwaja Welfare Association (KWA), is a nonprofit, volunteer-based organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for underserved communities in rural Pakistan. Our work focuses on healthcare, education, food security, and sustainable rural development, with a particular emphasis on communities in the Thatta and Tharparkar districts of Sindh.

We were founded to support communities facing extreme poverty and limited access to essential resources. We serve individuals and families from diverse backgrounds who often lack access to basic healthcare, education, nutrition, clean water, and sustainable economic opportunities.

Our work includes low-cost healthcare and medical camps, educational support and scholarships, food and household ration assistance, clean water and solar-energy initiatives, agricultural development, and community-based programs designed to create sustainable improvements in people’s lives. We also work with partners, including Aga Khan Health Services and Aga Khan Education Services, Pakistan, to expand access to healthcare and education.

From our roots in Jungshahi, Thatta, Sindh, we have grown into an initiative supported by volunteers and partners across Pakistan and internationally. We believe lasting change comes not only from meeting immediate needs, but from educating, empowering, and equipping communities with the resources and opportunities they need to build healthier and more sustainable futures.
